Wegovy pill pre-orders: which UK providers have moved? (June 2026)

Something shifted overnight. When we ran our morning check on 20 June, seven UK providers had moved — several of them overnight. Prices are now live across most of the major names, discount codes are appearing, and at least two providers are already showing "out of stock" with live pricing, which suggests stock may have briefly moved or product listings are being set live ahead of supply.

Here is what changed, what the visible prices show, and what still needs checking before relying on any provider page.

What changed overnight

Pre-orders now open at these providers:

Oxford Online Pharmacy — 1.5mg at £113.95, pre-order here → Use code WL15 at checkout. One of the first to move, with same-day dispatch promised once stock arrives (expected early July). Previously showed "out of stock" — now actively pre-ordering.

Pharmacy2U — from £79.99 (with code M7Q2LX), standard from £109.99 The lowest visible first-month figure found in this check. The discount code brings the 1.5mg starting dose down to £79.99 for the first month. Start your consultation here → Delivery from early July confirmed.

Simple Online Pharmacy — £129, or £99 with code SIMPLEPILL30 All four doses selectable at consultation stage. Pre-order page went live today; the £30 discount brings them in line with some of the lower visible starting prices. Arriving July.

Numan — from £129 (1.5mg) to £249 (25mg) Numan launched a dedicated Wegovy pill page with prices across the full dose ladder. Their "from £57.20/month" headline figure is a first-month/programme rate. Stock expected early July. View Numan →

Chemist4U (confirmed open since earlier this week) — 1.5mg and 4mg both £99, 9mg £119, 25mg £199 Pre-orders have been open for a few days here. Your order ships once stock arrives in July. View Chemist4U →

LloydsPharmacy Online Doctor (confirmed open since 18 June) — 1.5mg at £109.99 Only the starting dose is available to pre-order. Use code START30 to save £30 on your first consultation. View LloydsPharmacy →

Joining the waitlist (not pre-order yet, but close)

The Care Pharmacy — listed price £99, currently waitlist They have a dedicated page and a price, but current status is "coming soon" with an email waitlist. Medicspot — waitlist, price TBC Medicspot is still holding on pricing ("£TBC across all doses") and says stock is expected on or before 1 July. Given that their dispensing partner The Independent Pharmacy already has the Wegovy pill listed at £129.99, we'd expect Medicspot to update their pricing within the next few days. Something interesting at The Independent Pharmacy

The Independent Pharmacy — which is also Medicspot's dispensing partner — now shows the Wegovy pill at from £129.99 with a "Get Started" consultation CTA. But the current status is "Out of stock" with the note: "We're not sure when it will be back in stock."

This is unusual language for a product that hasn't formally launched yet. It could mean stock briefly appeared in their system, or the listing is live ahead of supply. Either way, it's the clearest signal yet that supply is very close. View TIP →

What this means for timing

Seven providers moving into pre-order territory on the same day is not a coincidence. The most likely explanation is that Novo Nordisk has notified the channel of a confirmed UK stock release date — and our current read of that date is on or around 1 July 2026.

The providers currently showing "Out of stock" with live pricing (The Independent Pharmacy and medino) are the most interesting signals. These typically appear when a product listing is set live before stock lands — or when a brief stock event has already happened. We'll be checking both daily.

If you are considering a pre-order route, check the provider wording carefully. A pre-order or consultation does not guarantee supply, suitability or dispatch, and all providers still require clinical assessment.

What to watch for next

• Medicspot pricing — they've promised "on or before July 1st" and their partner TIP already has prices live. Expect an update within 48 hours.
• Pharmica, Boots, Superdrug — all have infrastructure ready but haven't moved to pre-order yet.
• First "Available" event — the moment any provider moves to in-stock, we'll update this page and our compare providers table → immediately.
