Compare weight-loss tablets in the UK
Wegovy pill, Orlistat, Xenical, Alli and Mysimba are not different names for the same treatment. Compare the route, access requirements, medicine type and public price before looking at provider offers.
The short version
The useful first distinction is between medicine classes. Wegovy pill is oral semaglutide for weight management. Orlistat, Xenical and Alli are orlistat products that work differently in the digestive system. Mysimba contains naltrexone and bupropion and is supplied through a prescription route. Rybelsus is an oral semaglutide medicine for type 2 diabetes, not a substitute name for the Wegovy pill.
A price table can show what a provider publishes for a named medicine and pack. It cannot decide which route is appropriate, whether a prescription will be issued or whether a lower headline price has the same terms as another listing.

Medicine and pack
Compare the medicine name, strength and number of tablets or capsules first. Two prices are not comparable if they refer to different products or supplies.
Clinical assessment
Prescription routes need a provider assessment. Some providers include follow-up or delivery in the published amount while others set out extra terms at checkout.
Offers and codes
Promotional prices can be useful, but their conditions and expiry dates matter. Check current discount codes and provider offers, then confirm the terms on the provider’s website before ordering.
Tablets and injections are different decisions
Tablet and injection routes can involve different medicines, licensed uses, administration, availability and monitoring. A tablet is not automatically a lower-intensity version of an injection, and one route cannot be converted into another by matching milligram numbers.

Is the medicine clearly named?
Do not rely on a broad “from” claim where the medicine, dose, strength or pack is missing.
Is the pharmacy identifiable?
Check the dispensing pharmacy or prescribing service, the patient information leaflet and the provider’s support route before payment.
Are the terms current?
Check delivery, consultation, supply timing and any offer terms at checkout. A listed price is a public comparison point, not a guarantee of supply.
