How MedExpress moves from online consultation to delivery
MedExpress describes a fully online process: select a treatment, complete the consultation, provide any requested evidence and wait for a UK-registered prescriber to review the order. If the treatment is not clinically appropriate, its support information says the order is not supplied and the payment is refunded.
After approval, the prescription is dispensed by a licensed UK pharmacy. MedExpress says Wegovy orders use DPD delivery and are sent in discreet packaging, while delivery timings begin after dispatch rather than when the consultation is started.
